Emergency First Response Instructor

Emergency First Response

Become an Emergency First Response Instructor! First aid and CPR skills are essential in scuba, and are in high demand. Been an Emergency First Response Instructor you can teach these skills to anybody. For aspiring PADI Instructors this rating is now a prerequisite for the PADI Instructor Examination.

What can I do as an Emergency First Response Instructor? You will be able to teach the EFR Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) courses. You will also learn how to teach the use of an Automated Emergency Defibrillator (AED), an orientation in emergency oxygen provision, and a full course in Care for Children.

EFR Course Materials

Who, What & When? Anybody who is 18 years or older and have completed a recognised course in child/adult CPR and basic first aid in the past 24 months, will be able to attend this course. This includes non-divers, and also allows PADI Divemasters to gain real teaching experience. For more details contact Mark, on 07813 782417, or email Mark
