Taken during our recent holiday to this beautiful nation of islands, here's some of Marina's photos. Taken with a basic Fuji camera, these needed minimal post-processing, and the results are pretty good. The diversity of small and large sealife out there, makes for great subjecft matter, and I think that the only problem is to stop yourself going snap-crazy!

Here's a small selection from a very atmospheric set, by one of our Divemasters, Martin Wilkinson. I admire his ability to compose a shot when underwater, and I'm not sure that I've seen anyone use available light to better effect; the low vis at UK sites doesn't always mean bad photos. Others in these pictures are Dave Bull, John Watkins, and students.

Especially for those who have yet to visit Capernwray with Tigerdive, here are a few views, both on the surface and underwater, to give a flavour of the place. Taken by various contributors, over the last couple of years, I hope that they show adequately, the excellent diving and shore conditions and facilities at this inshore dive centre.

Ian and Kate completed scuba training with TIGERDIVE in 2009, and they recently returned from their holiday to Dahab. These shots show their delight in finding interesting forms in the shallows, a liking which they share with many of our friends. Kate finished her Open Water course with us, at Beadnell, in low vis conditions - I'm looking forward to sharing the shallow water delights of UK diving with you two, on some of our up-coming trips!
